  • How do I reserve a room?
    You can reserve your preferred room by contacting us on our website, to schedule a viewing and place a security deposit.

  • What is the minimum length of lease?
    Our minimum length of lease is 3 months, as per Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore (URA) rules, however the Company has preference of 6 months lease and above.

  • Is there an agent fee payable?
    There is no agent fee payable.

  • What is included in the rent?
    Rent typically includes utilities, high-speed internet, weekly cleaning of common areas and access to shared amenities and common spaces.

  • What document do I need to reserve a room?
    We will only need a copy of your passport and work pass or NRIC.

  • Are pets allowed?
    Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

  • Are the rooms and common spaces furnished?
    Yes, all our rooms and common spaces come fully furnished with essential furniture and appliances.

  • What amenities are available in the common spaces?
    Our common spaces typically offer amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, dining areas, fitness centre, swimming pool and more.

  • Is cooking allowed?
    Yes, light cooking is allowed as all our apartments are equipped with kitchen cookware, utensils and cutleries.

  • Is there high-speed internet available?
    Yes, all our apartments provide high-speed internet access for our tenants.

  • How are apartments managed and maintained?
    Apartments are managed and maintained by our dedicated staff, ensuring cleanliness, functionality and a positive living experience.

  • Is there a cleaning service provided?
    Cleaning services are provided for common areas, but tenants are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their private bedrooms.

  • Can I have visitors stay with me?
    Visitors are allowed, and we have house rules applicable for overnight stay. Please speak to our staff for more information.

  • Can I transfer to another apartment within the company?
    Transfers to other apartment within our company are possible, subject to availability and our transfer policy.

  • Is coliving suitable for families or couples?
    While coliving is primarily designed for individuals, we do offer specific spaces suitable for couples. Contact our team for more information.

  • How can I pay my rent?
    Rent payment options include PayNow, bank transfer and cash deposit. For international transfer, we do accept transfer via www.wise.com (preferred) and www.revolut.com.

  • How can I schedule a tour of the apartment?
    To schedule a tour, you can reach out to our staff via the whatsapp or fill in the contact form on our website, and our team will reach out to you to arrange a suitable time.
